    Great Service from Bali Airport to Hotel!

    We arrived in Bali Airport in the evening hours and our driver, Ade, was fantastic! He greeted us with a sign and it was very easy to communicate with him prior via WhatsApp. Since the airport was quite crowded, it was super helpful that our driver was able to help navigate and take us to parking structure. No issues getting to our hotel and the conversation was pleasant. Ade had cold water waiting for us, too, which was a big plus in my book. I would highly recommend his driving services!

    Accidentally booked the arrival pick up for my departure pick up. Tried to call, whatsapp, message through viator. No clear answer was given if they were able to pick me up for my departure. On Whatsapp, they made it seem like they were going to pick us up at the hotel. Waited for them but no one came and no one answered their phone number. Ended up calling a grab taxi.

    Awesome service from Bagus. WhatsApp at the airport and waited for us to get through customs etc. Had a comfy air-conditioned car. We had a long drive to Canggu in traffic and he stayed positive and upbeat throughout. Offered us some great local tips.

    Waited for 50 minutes at the airport and no one ever came. Rang on WhatsApp from someone’s phone that we had to pay for because we didn’t have internet or a SIM card. The person had no idea. We had pre-paid online. We then had to pay for a taxi to get to our hotel. I messaged them and all they said was ‘refund’ not good enough!

    No car to meet us at the airport no answer from the office telephone number which was repeatedly called by us and our hotel representatives who were at the airport waiting for other passengers. Very stressful experience and delayed our journey with wasted time effort and of course the lost money and paying for the journey again at the airport.
