Very interesting tour with a very well informed & knowledgeable tour guide. Unfortunately, group was larger than we expected, around 20. Little bit of trouble hearing the guide due to number of people but she was very accommodating when asked to repeat or answer questions.

We never met up with tour. Meeting location was moved with no prior notice & we will be seeking a refund. It was a total chaos. We ended up scrambling to get another tour. Needless to say we were very disappointed in our Viator experience.

Such a great tour full of history and beautiful art. Our tour guide Eugene was such a warm, kind, and very knowledgeable leader. The information for meet up was very easy to find. It was our first time in Florence and we had no trouble finding the group at all. We debated on not doing a guided tour but are so glad we decided to pay extra for a guide. Eugene taught us so much about everything we saw and gave us extra historical information that we didn't know about. We would absolutely recommend this tour and thank you again to Eugene for such a special day!

You sell things that you cant vertify. So we had 3 stops on our first tour but only got 2 even thought the 3 stop was free…. The secound tour we had colusseum, pantion and forma roma express. But we got a email the night before the tour that its not possible to buy tickets… even thought you could go there and buy a ticked for the day atfer…. So you sell services that you cant provide and havent bought tickets for… and we ordered over a week before the tour date.. soooo poor management and 100EU out the window

Our guide Eugenio, failed in so many ways: - No way to ID him in very crowded areas except for his occasionally raised hand. - While following him on the streets towards the Vatican, he crossed the street on a red light (for us, pedestrians) and put my 10 year old child in danger with an angry driver, who kept moving forward because he had the right of way (I ended up arguing with other the driver for his rudeness and aggressive behavior). - His microphone wasn’t always adequately placed making it difficult to hear and we had to ask repeatedly for a repetition. - There was an Italian speaking lady (who also spoke English) in our group asking questions to which he would answer only in Italian, so we were just hearing him speaking without understanding. What a lack of courtesy. - Commentary wasn’t that important. - We lost a couple within the first 20 minutes. - The headphones weren’t clear although that’s not the guide’s fault it made even harder to understand. - He wouldn’t talk to us as a group, he would start explaining to a couple of people and then move on. - He was impertinent when he would block busy and busy areas like accesses or exits, security guards called his attention and asked him to move on 3 occasions. - He was mediocre at best, in an extraordinary place which was very unfortunate. Definitely not worth a quarter of the price we paid. Hopefully you never get him on your tour.
