Stay away. This company does not care about your experience, only making dishonest money.

We arrived at the provided address an hour before our tour, only to find a sign that the business was closed and would not reopen until 2 hours after our tour was supposed to be. We asked another company down the road for help, and they directed us to a second address that was not provided. Multiple customers were already there and expressed a similar problem. The workers told them that there was nothing they can do, and they cannot offer a refund. This caused many frustrated customers and caused the workers to raise their voices at the patrons and insult them. Not to mention, we did not actually receive a skip the line tour, just a guided walk to the ticket booth where we were left on our own. This company is poorly run and seems like they intentionally mislead customers to force panic buying for fear of missing out. Would NOT recommend.

In the end we could go into the museum, but the way to it was rocky and very frustrating. The place we had to meet in order to go to the museum was unclear and chaotic. After we finally found the meeting spot, the man from the company begged for a good review, then we would get the tickets we had lost as we were too late due to the vagueness of the place we had to meet. It is a lot easier and quicker to just wait in the queue and buy tickets in de actual museum instead of online with a “skip the line”. You still have to wait really long.

Fast and easy to buy tickets online. Downloaded onto phone - all good. However, arrived at the Vatican Museum after queuing to be told we had to walk to an office 5 minutes away to “redeem” the tickets first. So wasted time doing this, was handed a piece of paper to then have to go back to the museum, join queue again and then take the paper to the ticket office inside to be handed two paper tickets for entry! What is the point of that? The downloaded tickets on our phone should allow us access. What a waste of time.

Absolute scam. The actual price of a Vatican Museum + Sistine Chapel ticket is €17 at the museum's ticket office. We paid €26 per ticket to have a sketchy dude escort us to the entrance and hand us tickets. We stood in line just like everybody else, no fast-track at all. These A-holes buy up tickets in bulk so all the timeslots are occupied so that people who want to visit have no choice but to buy their repackaged tickets or wait until 16h in the afternoon. Easy instructions and simple skip the line. Very simple and straight forward just what was required.. Vatican Museum is immense and fantastic. Each room is wow and then at the end the Sistine Chapel which is incredible! Overall wow experience.

A friend was visiting us in Rome and this was her must see attraction. I totally understand (i have been to the chapel more times than i can count) so i booked tickets. The meeting point was away from all the other meeting points down a side street with no signs. W got there early but walked in circles as each person thought it was at a different point. We finally found it but were put in with a guided tour group to collect the tickets. If you DO NOT NEED A GUIDED TOUR - you are better off buying tickets directly from the Vatican website.

Sistine Chapel Skip the line - added St Peter's Basilica and tour.....worth it!

We were pressed for time and not sure of our schedule on our one day visit to Rome so initially booked only the skip the line ticket to assure a visit to the Sistine Chapel...our connections were better that expected so upon arriving at the meeting point early, we were able to add St Peter's Basilica with a small group tour...to our original skip the line ticket....we worth the price for a more inclusive afternoon tour...even in late Sept,,,the lines were very long....so an advance ticket for entry only or entry with tour is really essential.....we maximized our afternoon visit with viator!

We showed up at the meeting point before the meeting time and no one was there. We then went to the Vatican entrance and were told to go back to the meeting point but still no one was there except other tour guides trying to sell us another tour. Called the Viator/Norcom number and were sent to the tour office who told us the tickets were now expired and tried to upsell us to a guided tour, for cash only, from the skip the line tickets. Very disorganized and just trying to get you to pay more money.

Note that their is a third party tour company which a 10-15 minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica. You have to go their first to pick up vouchers which you then take to the museum ticket counter to exchange for actual tickets to enter the museums. Their was some miscommunication with the tour company personnel and they ended up not giving me all my vouchers which I didn’t realize. We needed up at the museum ticket counter short 3 child tickets. We just bought them their instead of walking all the way back. When I called the tour company to let them know what happened they reimbursed me the three tickets within 24 hours. The museums are nice and quite a walk to see everything. It takes about two hours before you finally get to the Sistine Chapel. There were tons of people in the Sistine Chapel and it was loud. It was hard to really enjoy the beauty of the fresco. All in all though, the skip the line did work and we walked through pretty easily. The st. Basilica church was free and we ended up skipping the big lines because we go their by 8 am. That worked out really well. The key is to see the church in the morning as early as possible and then go to the museums.

The place if meeting was wrong office, when we got there they told us to wait a little. After 10 minutes waiting we asked, what is the story, then we we were told to walk to another office on the other corner... when we got there, they told us that we are late and missed the tour.... then had to wait 45 minutes for the next one. Which was supposed to be for 25 people but it was 35...

If you are visiting the museum you 100% need to invest in buying a skip the line ticket unless you are happy to que for 3 hours plus. You meet at an office away from the Vatican in which there was chaos! One lady to handle lots of tour operators. Nobody knew what was happening. Our guide that takes you through the que jump was late. So then she set off at a pace that wasn’t manageable for my mum so we got left behind. Luckily saw them again on reaching the Vatican. Not sure I would recommend this company but defiantly buy a skip the line ticket!
