This service was amazing it was where I how are all the transportation service is the fact that a few days before your trip they call you when they verify the information with you and they let you know how things are going to feel like once you arrive and they give you strict instructions on what to do so that things don’t go sideways. The drivers were very nice and helpful, and Joana was a very sweet agent even when I was departing I was running late and I called her and she understood and up asked to drive her to wait for me and they’re always on time they’re on time.

Commute was smooth. Driver was late. Luckily, another company was nice enough to call our driver for us. Driver said he would be there in 5 minutes. Was actually more like 15 minutes, which is a hassle when there are 20+ other companies trying to sell you a ride. We specifically booked this company since it states they would be holding a sign with our name, therefore we could avoid that exact scenario.

Pre-paid for the trip from the airport to the hotel. Hard to find person. When she contacted the company, they said they couldn’t take me unless I paid them $30 more on the spot. I didn’t have much cash, and they don’t take cards or Apple Pay. They tried PayPal which became a fiasco, because of lack of WiFi. Stay away. This after waiting 1.5 hours in the line for Customs,

we are very sorry that you had a bad experience, however we do advice all the customer before they arrival if the something wrong with they booking in this case customer booked a one way punta cana hotel transfer and the hotel that the customer booked is located at Uvero alto a 45 minutes drive. all was explained to the customer and the customer agreed, also the customer was given the opportunity to get a full refund at the moment if did not agree with the charge, wifi was provide and we do not have any power or doing with customs line.

Judy and Michael were awesome! Judy and I kicked off great as soon as we met! It was crazy how she looked at me and said I know you’re jessica lol I was surprised and we laughed! Michael was playing music for me and we were singing and dancing while we were driving it was so much fun. I would definitely book them again. And no I did not get charged extra.

The transfer from Air Port was very bad and frustrating. After locating the agent at the exit lounge in the airport, she mentioned to me that the drive will pick us up in 7mins to 10mins but it too more than an hour before driver showed up. After that while other were pick up passengers up on the curbside, he made us walk 200meter away parking lot in 95degree heat with our luggage. After we loaded our stuff into the van and got into it, the driver disappeared for another 10mins while we were sitting in the hot van and sweating.
The name of the operator is High Quality Transport (HQT). It was worst experience we had.
