The tour and experience was amazing. Great photographer! Great experiences along the way, especially at the coffee, tea and cigar tasting. Only problem was reckless careless drivers crashing into the back of you & buggies breakdown along the route .

The excursion is Average- not on the top of my list but good price compared to others that offer the same experiences. Buggy experience was cool and the first stop was at a shop where they "talk about cocoa and coffee and some other items they sell. You get to try a sample of coffee, cocoa and tea and they even give you a free cigar. Next stop was to the Cenote- this experience could have been better but unfortunately it is very crowded with other tours and locals and it was hard to even attempt to jump in. The last stop is Macao Beach which is beautiful and we visited with each tour. The water is beautiful and refreshing 5 stars for the Beach itself but of course vendors are trying to sell, take photos with parrots and monkey and charge a lot of money. Beers and drinks are priced up way too high however this has nothing to do with the tour itself. The guides were really good- Luis was our guide and he was very pleasant and always making sure everyone was good. They take a lot of photos- beautiful photos however when you ask for pricing at the end they were SUPER Expensive in my opinion. You can get them all for $120 or pay $15 each with a minimum of 6! Overall it was a good excursion and we can say we got to do it!

Unorganized, Buggy Issues

Charlie was a nice guy, very honest about the tour and the care we needed to take, but the group was so large that everything took a long time, and things seemed very unorganized. We boarded our buggies AT LEAST 1 hour into the excursion, at least 30min spent sitting or standing around waiting while staff communicated with one another. My buggy had big issues that made driving it a chore-- it was stressful instead of fun. The suspension was so off that in order for the buggy to drive straight, the wheel had to be facing the right. The suspension became worse at higher speeds such that the buggy was zig zagging, and there were small children in the road at various points of the excursion so I tried to drive slower and my buggy was lagging behind the group. Another issue is that the engine turned off several times during the excursion, and the "mechanic" assumed we stopped in the middle of nowhere and bumped our buggy, yelling for us to "go".

We had fun on the buggies and the water cave. The beach was a different story. There were too many vendors and a man flashed a gun at my family after we refused at pay $10 for a picture with an iguana. Definitely be careful at the beach stop.

Dune buggies were all old & broken. My brakes barely worked. The tour guide Charlie I rushed us every stop we made & was very rude about it. The other employees were very nice & it’s a shame the excursion could not have been better

This was our first time. I had the time of my life. I didn't know I was going to be covered in mud head to toe. And that's alright. No bandana or scarf could prevent us from getting so muddy. It was a blast! Highly recommended.

Great time, the buggy experience was awesome. It was definitely fun , but you definitely want to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty because you get extremely muddy. Be prepared for mud in your face and everywhere else.

We had a great time. The Buggy tour was a super experience and the Macao beach was fantastic. The tour was in a bit hurry and the coffee and cocoa experience is basicly a shop where you get a product presentation in 5 min. The cave was too crowded. The tour guys were nice and organized well. Overall recommend them!
