The title is very misleading. You will skip no lines via this tour. Also the word "tour" is used very liberally. The tour guide doesn't provide much info on the tour and its not until we arrived on the second level that we were given a 3 to 5 quick facts about the tower. One being hey see those things...those are lights...... The only reason to pay double the normal ticket price is because this company buys a chunk and might be your only option to go to the summit. Only reason I gave this 2 stars.

Skipping the lines was worth every penny. Even with the skip the lines there was time spent in line going through security (twice) and waiting for the elevator. Our guide shepherded us through the process to get us to the second level and the explained how to get to the summit and back again. He recommended that we visit the first level on the down, which we did. The tour operator offered discounted Seine River Cruise tickets which we accepted. The River Cruise was very nice and definitely worth the time and expense.

I can’t recommend this enough, if you want to visit the top of the Eiffel Tower the queues will be a challenge, with these tickets we were never really held up, straight past the long queues and through security without any fuss. Our tour guide Sebastian was a really cool Argentinian guy who has perfected the balance of being informative about the tower and never going on and on! He guided us to the second level and from there we could make our own way to the top. We were all looking forward to going to the tower but aware how busy it would be in the height of summer, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly for us. Thank you!
