Our guide was awesome. Very animated and the limited English actually helped with the explanations of the artists works. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be maps given out at the beginning so that after the tour you can find your way around

The translator, lady, can only speak English at the level of elementary. She made up almost everything when she was speaking about art and history. There should be someone as translator who can speak English and at least knowledge some level of history and art

I hope I didn’t misspell Florence’s name. She was amazing at guiding us through Louvre, with so many tourists at the museum she knew where to go and when. I loved the way she explained everything and I learned so much about some painting that did not even know. Will be recommending her to anyone who is coming to Paris

Engaging guide; pre-tour instructions confusing

Having a guided tour helped because it would otherwise be overwhelming. Our guide was engaging and kept it light. The instructions could be clearer as we thought we had to redeem our voucher ourselves before going to the meet-up place.

Louvre Tour

It was easy to find our guide Remi under the arches at the arc de carasel in the garden. Our guide was there ahead of schedule waiting patiently for our group of 14 to arrive. Which was impacted by several other tours also meeting up in the same location. The only downside to the tour was that it took a while for the whole group to arrive and come together and walk over to the museum and once there we waited for a few people to use the bathroom. Expect this initial delay in order yo get started. It was probably 30 minutes past the time the tour was supposed to begin. He gave us headsets and our tickets and test went smoothly entering into the skip the line to get into the museum. Our guide was very nice, patient and professional. He took his care of his group as if we were his students in his class and just like great teachers have the ability to do he definitely brought our experience to life he was very knowledgeable and passionate about every painting and gave insight into the time period the art pieces were created and went into great detail regarding the individual pieces significance along with the historical references and background on each of the artists. It wasn’t the easiest task of keeping our group together since the museum was very crowded it was easy to get separated which happen to a few of us towards the end of the tour but luckily he found us and brought us all back together before moving onto the last part. I definitely recommend the tour if you are interested in art & history and would like to learn more about what you are looking at.

Unfortunately we choose them

We were arriving 20 mins earlier to our meet up location, unfortunately we could not find the group due to the directions given, we waited for on hold trying to contact the company for more that 15 mins by the time we got a hold of someone we were late and the group left!!!! That’s not the worse part the biggest problem was that they said there was nothing they can do, they just kept repeating we should have gotten their 20 mins ahead to avoid this conflict. But their not taking into accountability that we couldn’t get anyone on the line for 15 mins to help us with directions!! Horrible service, no compensation or help do not recommend!

Inconsiderate of the people who arrive on time.

The tour was started but was 20 minutes late. The tour director took us over to the Louvre then had to get the tickets with a request to be at a specific spot in 12 minutes. Certain people did not return and we waited another 10 minutes. Now, we are 30 minutes late. The tour states that people who come late are out of luck. We arrived 30 minutes early so not to miss the tour.

We tried notifying the company 3 times about changing our time due to plane delays. The company did not responded to any messages. I called Viator and they tried to help but they didn’t respond either. They make it sound easy to cancel or change but it’s not. So be mindful

Could not find the guide. There was a mix up of times apparently. I was not at all impressed. We ended up getting our our own tickets and the line was short anyway.

The skip the line portion was good, but our guide kept sprinting ahead and leaving parts of our group...we almost lost her twice and our children got separated from us. Again, we were thankful to get in and not deal with the line, but the guide could have been better.

Museum was so busy, tour guide was hard to understand and very repetitive in the things she told us. We only saw a few things because of this. Also, it took awhile to get the tour stared ad the tour company had huge mix ups with the lists.

Second time to the Louvre but first time with a guide. Guide was very knowledgeable and we learned so much more. Skipping the line itself was worth the money. So glad we did it.

The tour did not cover enough of the Louvre. While our guide was very nice and tried hard her English was not sufficient to be a guide and presenter. I would never recommend taking this tour.

Our tour leader never showed up so they split the group amongst the other groups The group was too large and it was very hard to keep together They were also so disorganized to get the people into groups Very very disappointed with the quality of the tour

We had a tour set up through our travel agent, but ended up arriving later than planned with travel delays. Found this tour of the Louvre online, and it was a great experience! Our guide was amazing, and not only showed us the highlights, but gave wonderful descriptions of what we saw. We will definitely be using this for future trips!
