We had a wonderful guide, Caroline, who was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the foods we tasted. Everything was delicious and my daughter & I were the only two that booked that day, so we essentially had a private tour. It was amazing! You will leave stuffed…we did!

Caroline was an excellent guide. She presented a beautiful selection of vendors, including a boulangerie, an historic pastry shop, a cheese shop, a charcuterie and a sweet shop where we did a mini chocolate tasting. Before each stop, Caroline gave us the background on the food we were about to sample. She gave everyone individual attention and tailored the selection of foods to our tastes. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the Montorgeuil area.

Guide was personable and nice. Tour was great with excellent tastings of pastries, bread, cheese. I feel the potions were not adequate for the price of tour. Had to share parties and charcuterie was only some sliced salami. Experience could be greatly improved with additional meats and Tate meats and cheese together (with wine option)

Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your tour. This is definitely a tour where we aim to be as generous as possible, the sommeliers at the wine bar where we have lunch at the end of the tour are often telling us that guests are not able to eat everything that we give them! We try to balance the portions at the tasting, to ensure that everyone has enough but that they are not completely full at the end of the tour because of course there is the lunch at the end. So the idea is to taste and choose during the tour, and we buy more cheese, meats and pastries to eat at lunch with the wine tasting. We are continually reviewing and refining, and your comments will help us to continue to do that. We hope you had a wonderful stay here in Paris and we look forward to seeing you again perhaps on future visits.

This tour is a must do! We had a fantastic experience and you get a lot of food/wine. A croissant to start, a generous cheese plate to share with the others on your small tour, charcuterie, 2 gourmet chocolates, an eclair or two maracons, and wine tasting with more bread, cheese and charcuterie for lunch that the guide buys along the way. And it was a small group. We felt like we had an experience we wouldn’t have had on our own.

All in all a very enjoyable food tour a nice historic walk through a part of Paris where not many tourists are seen the foods that we tried were delicious the guide was very pleasant and informative with a nice mixture of levity and history I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys eating and drinking wine I give it an A+

This rateing is long overdue. This was the best tour we have ever been on! We were fed breakfast, snacked on cheeses, meats, chocolates, desert pastries, then we had lunch and wine! This tour was well worth the money, and gave us a Paris experience we would never have gotten on our own. The tour guide was amazing! The vendors were kind, and educated us on the food...each time our guide took us somewhere new I was more and more amazed at the quality and quantity this tour offers. I cannot say enough good things. The guide herself was wonderful! She seemed more like a friend you haven't seen in a while, who was eager to show you the real Parisian experience than a formal boring tour guide with a script. If you are thinking of booking any tour in Paris...book this one!!!!

This is the best food tour I have ever been on! Not only do you get to taste so many different types of French food but you also have breakfast, lunch and a wine tasting. We met our fantastic guide Caroline at 10.30 and after a short tour we arrived at a small bakery where we had a typical French breakfast with coffee and French pastries. The croissant I had was so delicious you could really taste the butter. You could also see where the baker made the bread and pastries. After breakfast we moved on to a really famous patisserie and our guide told us about the history of the place and then we got to taste a yummy mini eclair and choose a dessert for later. Next it was time for the chocolate stop and there were so many to choose from. Now it was time for some savoury food and our guide took us to a beautiful cheese shop which had 100s of cheeses displayed in their window. Our fourth stop was in a restaurant where we tried a selection of their home made pates, hams, sausages and to top it off, foie gras!! The tour ended in a small wine bar where we tasted 3 glasses of wine while the sommelier explained the different types of wine, their tastes and where they were made. The wine was accompanied by a lunch that the guide had bought at the places we had visited during the tour. The tour was so enjoyable because our guide, Caroline, was fun, friendly and passionate. Each place we visited and each food we tried was accompanied by stories that linked the food with the French culture and history. Definitely Money Well Spent! Thank you so much Caroline and Memories.
