Eiffel Tower Skip the Line Ticket with Summit Access by Elevator

Disappointed at first we had to go & wait at separate meeting spot for guide and to get our tickets. After that entry and elevator(lift)line was easy.Almost no wait which is unheard. We prefer lower levels but if you have grands who want to go to top this is a good choice.

Not worth the money, had a hassle trying to get to the tour guide. Overpriced for what you get......

Meeting spot is odd since it's right in front of other businesses, but everything went smoothly with the process and we made it to the top!

Our tour leader gave us a lot of good information about the Eiffel Tower on our walk over from the meeting point and while walking us through the ground level under the Tower. She escorted us to the upper elevator (the elevator has two levels) so that we got off on the upper floor of the 2nd level of the tower. She then pointed us to the elevator to go to the third level and at that point we were on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Eiffel Tower and spent time on the 2nd & 1st level on our way down. We then wandered through the gardens on the Seine river side of the tower which has amazing views of the Eiffel Tower.

Wow what a waste of money, please do not buy this experience, its is a huge rip off. They send you a confirmation with a random address to 'pick up tickets', you awkwardly stand around hoping youre in the right place. A tour guide greets you and conveniently tells you your booking is actually In half an hour and asks you to sit in a very overpriced cafe where they charge €10 for a small coke. In fairness the tour guide was very friendly and informative, they hand you a poorly printed blurry ticket that clearly says they paid €26 for it. We had to join a group of other unfortunate people who had probably been ripped off too, and walked through to the middle of the tower and they spoke about the history etc. on the way to the middle of the tower you can clearly see that it costs €28 to get to the summit via lift. I was not given the opportunity to 'Skip the line' and had to queue like everyone else, despite it saying GUARANTEED skip the line. You are eventually squashed in an elevator and not given the chance to skip at any point even on the separate floors. Please do not book this, it's cheaper to just get the tickets at the tower. Very disappointed in Viator in allowing this scam to be booked on their site.

Do not get sick from Covid because they will refuse to give your money back no matter what, made many attempts I told them this was something that i can’t anticipate but they didn't care lost 3 tours due not not being able to take my flight and they didnt care, also rude cust. serv. , shop with someone else

Es wurden überhaupt keine Abstände eingehalten, viel zu viele Menschen ohne Maske, die Mitarbeiter ignorierten dies und trotz „Skip the line Ticket“ über 1 Stunde gewartet. Alkoholisierte und randalierende Menschen wurden ebenso ignoriert…. Dieser gesamte Abend mit diesen Umständen vermiesten uns das Vergnügen des Eiffelturms, sehr schade und traurig.

Gids was te laat. Vond zichzelf heel grappig maar was het echt niet. Heeft ons kostbare tijd doen verliezen.
