    The view is beautiful, but make sure you understand that there are 200+ stairs to climb. Skip the line is only for buying tickets. There is a long line for entrance. There was also a rather long line to get on the Seine River Cruise, but the cruise itself was nice.

    Viator was awful. I did not get my tickets emailed to me in time. I called and was put on hold 4 times . 25 minutes later on the phone and still no tickets. I messaged at least 6 times. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Got Atc ticket very late in the day. No Seine River tkts still. It was too late. We had planned to go first thing in the morning as we had another tour. There is no excuse for a simple request to email a scannable ticket day before the tour. Either refund my money or resend tkts for today, June 3. Thk you

    No QR ever provided & No communication from tour operator!!!

    We got to the Arc and I showed my Viator info and they required a QR code to enter which we never received. I tried calling the tour operator and never got an answer on the line. We were only in Paris for a day so had to repurchase tickets for the Arc and request a refund. Not worth the hassle of using the Viator tickets. Much simpler to purchase on your own at the location. Very frustrating when I had 5 children waiting and only limited time! Our Viator tour the next day in Stuttgart was canceled on our way to the tour location within 20 min of the experience!!

    Highly recommend this! E tickets were WhatsApped to me the day before and just have to scan the E-tickets directly to enter the sights. The tour operator is also very responsive via chat. The Seine River Cruise tickets are valid for a year so you can board the cruise any day of your trip.

    Skip the line is misleading. It is skip the ticket purchase line, but you still must wait in line for security and access. For the Arc de Triopmhle the ticket line was very long, so we were grateful we did not have to wait in it. The line for security and access moved fairly quickly. The ticket for the Seine River cruise was very misleading. It said scan your ticket and board. There were many of us there trying to do just that and were told no that we had to wait in the line hundreds of people long. (Easter holiday weekend)

    The tour dis not operate since morning. We never knew about it until we got there by mid-afternoon. It would be nice to know ahead of time. No advance notice or advisory. That is never good for people who have well laid out plans already.

    Didn’t even know you can climb up Arc de Triomphe, worth every step! It was awesome and a great view! The boat ride was ok, but not necessary. Our boat was 30 minutes late, and it was freezing the day we went.

    Downloading the tickets was a problem but it seemed many people were having the same issue. The tickets were never emailed but were attached to some downloaded email when they should have just been directly emailed or in the app. Poor design. The tour was not a tour but on our own and the cruise was nice but after using our cruise tickets and paying for a different cruise for another day - we learned that these tickets were the only ones we got and they kept appearing for another tour saying we had already used so be careful if you are buying multiple days of the same or similar tours since we couldn’t use again (not that we thought we could but we never got additional tickets and no one helps).

    Although the weather was wet and the wind cold, I would do this again and especially at night. The climb up the 200+ stairs is worth every ache of the legs, to get the views and atmospheric feeling you get looking from the top of one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks. Book your tickets in advance and safe yourself the queue in the underpass. Then when you have finished on top take in the splendour under the Arc and visit the eternal flame and the grave of the unknown solider.

    This was a great double - an hours boat cruise past Notre Dame and other sites such as pont neuf, and the Louvre Palace. Next to the Arc de Triomphe, and the stairs were a stiff climb but manageable, and well worth it.

    Para quem não consegue andar/subir muito escadas é horrível. São escadas e escadas para se chegar a um topo em que se vê somente e mal a cidade cheia de carros...... Não recomendo e não vale o dinheiro que paguei.

    Rien à redire sur la visite, parfait. La vue d'en haut est superbe. Il faut une relative bonne condition physique pour monter....Par contre l'utilisation de l'ascenseur est réservé aux PMR... Faut-il rappeler que même sans fauteuil on peut avoir de graves soucis de santé qui empêchent l'utilisation des escaliers ? Il a fallu un peu batailler... Dommage
