We can also arrange pickup at the cruise ship pier or vacation rental in the Waikiki area. Guests staying at hotels in Ko Olina Area will need to find own transportation to Pearl Harbor Tours Office. Pearl Harbor Tours Office Address 891 Valkenburgh St, Honolulu, HI 96818 Park at the empty lot next door to the fire station. Your guide will be in contact for further instructions on where to park and will pick you up at this office.

Should be titled “possible USS Arizona tour but not guaranteed.” Tour operator was unable to secure tickets for the Arizona. Notified us the evening before so we had to scramble and plan our own trip. We booked a tour so we wouldn’t have to do anything to secure tickets and it did not work out. We had a group of 11 so thought this would be the best option and it was not. Went on standby the next day and it cost us $0.

Nani was an excellent tour driver and really made the trip a positive experience! I did not have a rental car, so it was great seeing the city along with Nani’s narration. Disappointed that at the last minute the tour did not include tickets to the Arizona Memorial as advertised. The line was a 3 hour wait, which we did not have time to do.

The description of this tour included your company making reservations for the Arizona Memorial so we would not need to stand in line (stand-by guests). We waited in line 1-1/2 hours since your people dropped the ball and did not get passes for anyone on this tour. Hence, we did not get to see the rest of the Memorial areas (since we had to stand in line)

We were not able to get tickets on the Arizona Memorial. However, Will our driver was able to get us there early enough to get us in the standby line early enough to get on the boat over. He was very knowledgeable about all the sights around the Arizona National Park as well as the Missouri.

Will, our tour guide made the day. We were disappointed that we couldn’t see the Arizona Memorial because of a security threat at Joint Base Pearl Harbor that evacuated the visitor center but Will provided us with a custom tour that brought us to other interesting parts of Honolulu. His knowledge and personality made the trip fun and informative. He gave us tips for dining and shopping and taught us a lot about Hawaii’s history. He even took us back to Pearl to see the U.S.S. Missouri He is the best!!!!!

Fantastic trip, which included everything we wanted to see. I would highly recommend doing the USS Arizona & Missouri Battleship as it gave us the full experience. Our driver was Nani Popolo, he was great, very entertaining & had a lot of knowledge of the area. On route to Pearl Harbour Nani took us to some local sights & gave us time for some photo opportunities. We did have quite a bit of a mix up with our pick up times & meeting point, fortunately we did not miss our trip, just got up far earlier than we needed too. This issues was no fault of our driver Nani, it was Viator who caused this problem. As I said we never missed the trip & found the amended pick up point very easy. Once the trip had started & as Nani was a great guide, the issues at the start were forgotten. It appears that there were a lot of mix up with tickets on that day. My only tip for this trip if you book through Viator, double & triple check your pick up time & location as they were a little chaotic & disorganised, which could lead to you missing the excursion. I have used Viator a number of times with no issue but they were not that organised on this occasion.

No customer service from the local transportation company. Pearl Harbor Tours. We had to call to verify if we were being picked up. Told that their driver was running late. waited at hotel from 6:30am ( as directed by emails) until 8:30 am/. After calling the company again we were told that the tour started. Without us... I requested a full refund from Viator.

In order to make sure that we were able to experience Pearl Harbor, we purchased a package that included the Battleship Missouri and the the Arizona Memorial. The package included pick up And drop off from our hotel. Tour guide was great even stopping at a few points of interest on the way to Pearl Harbor. Our guide, Nawa, was terrific and made the experience very easy and memorable.

The tour of the Pearl Harbor sites were great. I would NOT recommend booking anything through Viator. I called twice in advance to confirm pickup details only to be unknowingly moved to another tour company and be given incorrect pickup time and location resulting in an hour and a half wasted plus’s having to take a taxi to the site.
