SCAM!!! Extra Fees!

Driver said we had to pay an additional $41 fee because it was over an hour. Our plane arrived At 4:00, we picked up our luggage in baggage claim, and got dropped off at the hotel with no stops in between. An additional fee was not mentioned beforehand. We paid $120 for this ride, plus $41, plus an additional $10. No one is answering the phone at the organization! Will never purchase again! He didn’t even offer us a bottle of water!

Our driver was not at baggage claim when we got there, so I called dispatch and after about 5 minutes on the phone, they said they'd send someone right away. It only took about 5 minutes and a professional and friendly driver met us in the terminal. Our limo was definitely well used and showed some wear and tear. We requested in our reservation request to have the driver use the strip to get us to our destination ( The Strat) since it was a first trip for part of our party. Unfortunately we took all highway travel. All in all, overpriced for experience and length of time required by the driver and limo.
