Don was an excellent guide. Very well versed in local history. Easily tailored / toned down certain stories due to a couple younger guests while giving very excellent details of the locations. Heads up - It was a quick walk and lots of uneven ground for anyone with issues walking. Would do again.

Guide was knowledgeable but I’m pretty sure only told 4 ghost stories in an hour and a half. Was a nice way to see the city by a local but if you’re expecting to go in to any cemetery or hear something remotely spooky look elsewhere.

We enjoyed getting two tours in ones. At first I didn’t think I captured anything on my phone but after I left a looked over my photos, I believe I captured a face in one of the windows in the Wagener Building (second row of windows, 4 from the left). Someone else captured a face in the same building but a different window. It was a very exciting sighting for me.

Bryan was an awesome Story teller.....great for all ages even my 6 year old grandson enjoyed it....it was literally our favorite part of our Charleston visit

Nice tour with good history, but a bit too mild for our group. My 8 and 10 year old kids could’ve used a few stories that were more spooky and not just a history of what happened in each spot. Knowledgeable staff, but very little on the ghostly side of things, which is what we were hoping for.

Nobody showed for the tour and they’re making it very difficult to get my money back. Customer service keeps passing me back and forth and saying that there’s nothing they can. Not only did they waste my time and money the night of the tour, they continue to do so.
