We didn’t have an experience at all. The guide was 30 minutes late which we were notified of. We went to the location on the Biator letter. He called 15 minutes later and told us we were in the wrong place, we needed to go to another place which we could not find.. It was a horrible experience, actually 2 of the three Viator tours we took were absoluletly horrific, and not to be mean, but you should be ashamed of your company how they take the money of travelers and don’t give them a real value for your money Mr Philip Snyder ruphi5@aol.com

Excellent tour and tour guide. Be aware that you do not get a tour of the Anne Frank museum or house with your purchase. That is separate. The website is a bit deceiving. It is definitely worth going on this tour of the Jewish Quarter. We learned a lot.

Don’t be fooled by this it’s only a walking tour you don’t get to see the Ann Frank house nor do you get to go in side with this tour. Definitely not what I expected when I booked it.

The topics and sites and stories were very interesting, but our guide did a poor job of keeping the group together and engaged. He only spoke to the few of us at the front of the pack and we had to remind him several times to wait to allow the rest of the group to catch up and hear the discussion. He could not answer our questions when we asked him for more detail.

What an incredible and poignant experience. Our guide knew his history… and this tour walked us through the beautiful Jewish Quarter as we heard stories of the masses who were targeted for extermination by Nazis. Also heard stories of bravery and compassion and community. I only have a few days in this city… this was a GREAT use of my time.
